    Sucralose : Le sucralose est un édulcorant artificiel intense, découvert en 1976. Il a un pouvoir sucrant 600 à 650 fois plus élevé que le sucre tout en n'étant pas du sucre. Il est commercialisé en France sous les noms commerciaux de Canderel ou Aqualoz. Il est synthétisé à partir d'une chloration sélective du saccharose. Le sucralose est un additif alimentaire, autorisé par la Commission Européenne. Il est utilisé dans les aliments sans ajouts de sucres, ou à valeur énergétique réduite. Il est employé pour "sucrer" différentes familles d'aliments comme les produits de boulangerie, les desserts, les glaces, les produits laitiers, les céréales du petit déjeuner et les confiseries.     Steviol glycoside : Steviol glycosides are the chemical compounds responsible for the sweet taste of the leaves of the South American plant Stevia rebaudiana -Asteraceae- and the main ingredients -or precursors- of many sweeteners marketed under the generic name stevia and several trade names.
